I know someone that is talking to about 15 different potential dates online. Each person they talk to thinks they are the only one having romantic chats. The person asks to meet each one and sometimes they do. Is this normal?

Unless this person agreed to be exclusive with these people they can talk to whoever they want. There’s nothing wrong with casually seeing people, especially if you have met online. As long as they are honest with their intentions, there isn’t a problem.
